Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or financial accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Able to liaise with bilingual Chinese and English stakeholders.
• Innovative mindset with ability to leverage AI tools to enhance finance processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee APAC accounts receivable and monitor AR KPIs for country-level performance.
• Coordinate with HQ credit control and AR/treasury teams to implement AR policies and improve collections.
• Support country project finance activities including financial analysis, collections, and cost control.
• Contribute to APAC management reporting and budget tracking for performance insights.
• Participate in finance digitalization and AI initiatives to improve efficiency.
