Job summary

Teleport is hiring for an Accounts Receivable/Finance role based in Kuala Lumpur. The candidate will manage day-to-day AR, ensure accurate invoicing and settlements, and support ledger recording and reporting.

Ideal applicants have 1–3 years of AR experience, a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, and strong Excel skills. Proficiency with SAP/Oracle/QuickBooks is preferred. This position is on-site in Malaysia and focuses on accurate, timely financial operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or similar.
• Strong understanding of MFRS/IFRS revenue recognition principles.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day AR workflows and ensure invoices are processed, verified, and settled according to terms.
• Maintain ledger integrity and categorize spend in central dashboards.
• Support month-end closing with detailed reconciliations (bank, intercompany, vendor).
• Assist treasury tasks including fund transfers and FX documentation.
• Prepare routine financial reports and maintain up-to-date SOP documentation.
