Job summary

Senstar is seeking a Field Service Representative to join our APAC team. You will install, commission, troubleshoot, and support Senstar’s security and sensing solutions at customer sites, collaborate with integrators, and provide hands-on technical training.

Travel throughout the APAC region (about 60%) and engage with customers, partners, and sales teams to ensure successful deployments and ongoing system performance. A technical degree and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and networked systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to explain technical concepts clearly to different audiences.
• Travel availability to cover APAC region (approximately 60%).

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, troubleshoot, and support Senstar’s security and sensing solutions at customer sites.
• Provide hands-on technical assistance throughout the project lifecycle, from initial consultation to ongoing system support.
• Conduct site surveys, system testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal product performance.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking challenges, collaborating with internal specialists when needed.
• Share field experiences and feedback with engineering and product teams to support continuous improvement.
