CNS Worldwide Ltd based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, is seeking a hands-on professional for field service, technical support and software implementations across APAC. The role combines installations, training and customer-facing work with regional travel and collaboration with engineering, sales, operations and customer success teams.

You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues on-site and remotely, document projects, and help customers configure alarms and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in field service, technical support, installation, engineering or a related role.
• Comfortable with hands-on installations and technical equipment.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Able to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Willing to travel approximately 30–40% across APAC.
• Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin and English.
• Proactive, adaptable and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working in a small, dynamic and fast-moving team.

Based in Petaling Jaya, you’ll join a small, dynamic and collaborative APAC team where everyone plays an important role. This is a hands‑on position combining technical support, field service, software implementation, customer training and regional travel.

What You’ll Be Doing

Travel across APAC for customer installations, training and technical projects.
