METTLER TOLEDO is seeking an eCommerce Excellence Manager/Specialist for the APAC region. You will bridge regional business needs with global roadmaps, deploying eCommerce capabilities and guiding digital transformation to improve customer experience and performance.

You will collaborate with market organizations, SBUs, and global teams, driving adoption of platform features and ensuring effective stakeholder engagement across multiple markets.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a business/IT/digital field.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce business processes and digital commerce ecosystems.
• Experience with digital platforms, CRM systems, CMS platforms, or eCommerce technologies.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, Agile ways of working, and change management practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with reporting and data visualization tools is advantageous.
• 3–5 years for Specialist level; 6–10 years for Manager level in relevant functions.

Mansioni

• Serve as the regional interface between APAC Market Organizations, SBUs, Global eCommerce teams, Shared Service Centers, and Digital Business Services teams.
• Drive deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement of eCommerce capabilities across APAC.
• Translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions and align regional priorities with global roadmaps.
• Support digital transformation initiatives to enhance customer experience and performance.
• Capture, document, prioritize, and communicate business requirements to development and support teams.
• Monitor KPIs related to platform adoption, user engagement, and business outcomes.
• Prepare operational reports and executive summaries for leadership.
