Voith Group is seeking a motivated Product Application & Technical Service Engineer to join the APAC PMA team in Malaysia. The role focuses on dryer applications and fabrics, providing technical service, application engineering, and collaboration with Sales, Product Management, R&D, and Service teams.

Ideal candidates will have a mechanical/chemical/industrial/materials science background and strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/chemical/industrial/materials engineering or science.
• Experience in applications engineering, technical services, product support.
• Fresh graduates welcomed with strong technical aptitude.
• Advantageous: experience in pulp, paper, packaging, tissue, textile or related process industries.

Aufgaben

• Manage and support product line applications within the assigned region.
• Plan, monitor, and evaluate product trials and provide recommendations based on performance results.
• Analyze operating conditions and identify opportunities to improve machine efficiency, runnability, and product quality.
• Investigate product performance issues, customer complaints, and application-related challenges.
• Prepare technical reports and communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers and internal teams.
