Job summary

Black & White Engineering is seeking a detail-oriented Document Controller to support our project teams across the APAC region. You will manage and maintain project documentation, ensure accuracy and timely distribution to stakeholders.

Reporting to the Design Manager, you will work with engineers, project managers and contractors, maintaining document control systems, ensuring version control, audit readiness and compliance with ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Document Control or Project Administration within construction or engineering environments.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume documentation.
• Familiarity with document management systems and structured workflows.
• Experience with EDMS platforms (ACC, Aconex, Procore) is advantageous.
• Understanding of ISO standards and quality control processes.
• Exposure to BIM, Revit, or AutoCAD is an added advantage.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across regional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control all incoming and outgoing project documentation (drawings, specifications, reports).
• Ensure documents are accurately recorded, version-controlled and aligned with company standards.
• Maintain document control systems to ensure traceability and audit readiness.
• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and ISO requirements.
• Distribute documentation to internal and external stakeholders across APAC in a timely manner.
• Maintain trackers, logs, and dashboards to monitor document status and workflow.
• Prepare reports on document control performance, risks and delays.
• Support project teams with coordination, reporting and administrative functions.
• Liaise closely with engineers, project managers and contractors across regional teams.
