Job summary

MASH is hiring a Project Manager (Creator Content Supply) to drive a multi-market APAC creator programme. This hands-on role focuses on building creator and agency partnerships and coordinating content rights across markets.

You will source campaigns, negotiate terms with brands and influencers, manage cross-posting rights and paid usage, and oversee delivery and documentation. The role requires strong relationship skills, excellent organisation, and experience in influencer marketing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, creator operations, or project management.
• Deep understanding of how creators, agencies and brands collaborate.
• Strong channel strategy knowledge for cross-platform campaigns.
• Experience negotiating with brands, agencies, MCNs and creators.
• Proficient in building trackers and scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with creator agencies, influencer networks across APAC markets.
• Negotiate rights for cross-posting and paid media usage with brands and creators.
• Coordinate content review, permissions, and documentation across multiple markets.
• Maintain a programme tracker with creators, agencies, content status and delivery.
• Identify workflow improvements to scale the programme efficiently.
