Job summary

Publicis Groupe APAC is seeking a highly motivated in-house Designer to support regional communications across print, digital and video. Based in the Philippines, you'll collaborate with the APAC Communications team in Singapore and Sydney to shape visual storytelling.

This hands-on role combines craft with curiosity, requiring mastery of PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite, basic video editing, and an appetite for AI-driven design.

Qualifications

Experience in a design role, ideally in-house, agency, or regional environment.
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Working knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar).
Experience in basic animation and motion design.

Responsibilities

Design and develop high-impact PowerPoint presentations, including master templates and layouts.
Create infographics and data visualisations that simplify complex ideas into clear visuals.
Develop social media assets aligned to brand and thought leadership, including social-first video formats.
Film and edit video content for digital channels and internal communications.
