Job summary

PSA International in Malaysia seeks a Regional Control Tower Manager to lead the APAC Regional Control Tower, delivering world‑class logistics services across multiple countries by coordinating customers, account leadership, country operations, transport providers and internal stakeholders.

You will drive operational performance, service governance, resource planning, carrier management, and continuous improvement, including RCA/CAPA, MOR and QBRs to enable growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in international logistics or supply chain management.
• Minimum 5 years in a regional leadership or people management role.
• Proven experience managing strategic multinational customers.
• Strong background in ocean freight operations, transportation management, and regional logistics.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the APAC Regional Control Tower operations to ensure consistent execution of logistics activities.
• Drive operational excellence through standardized processes, governance, and best practices.
• Ensure shipments align with customer SOPs, contractual obligations, and compliance.
• Oversee daily performance across multiple countries and business units.
• Monitor workloads and optimize regional resource utilization.
• Lead MORs and QBRs and present performance and improvements.
• Address customer escalations and drive corrective actions.
