Job summary

TimesConsult is seeking an Organizational Change Management professional to lead regional transformations across APAC, aligning stakeholders and driving adoption of new operating models and digital initiatives. You will partner with business leaders to ensure readiness and successful change outcomes.

The role emphasizes change impact assessments, communication planning, and training strategies, working in a matrix environment with cross-functional teams to optimize customer support and service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Change Leadership, or Business Transformation.
• Experience managing regional or global transformation projects in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead OCM activities across APAC transformation initiatives.
• Conduct change impact assessments and develop change management strategies.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, communication, and business readiness activities.
• Develop and execute communication, training, and adoption plans.
• Partner with regional leaders, Affiliate teams, and Field Service Engineers to support change adoption.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to promote digital customer support channels and adoption.
• Monitor change progress, manage risks, and recommend improvements.
