Job summary

Jdeprofessional is seeking a Project & Change Management Leader to drive the local implementation of the 50-50-100 program in APAC. You will align global and local stakeholders, manage timelines, risks, and governance, and ensure timely adoption across partners such as Infosys.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, 5+ years in project management or procurement, strong English fluency, and proven ability to navigate a global, matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (mandatory)
• Experience in project management, procurement, or transformation roles
• Experience working in a global, matrix organization
• Knowledge of procurement processes and tools (preferred)
• Strong communication and influencing skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end local implementation of the 50-50-100 program
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones
• Track progress against deliverables and deadlines
• Identify risks and drive mitigation actions
• Coordinate governance routines and stakeholder alignment
• Support go-live planning and change management
