Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a People Transition Manager to lead the People Workstream for APAC transitions. You will design, execute, and monitor HR programs and policies across projects, coordinating resources and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities include planning, recruitment coordination, onboarding, and governance using tools like Smartsheet and Power BI. You will work closely with client teams to align compensation and job mappings while driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• PHR designation preferred.
• Proficient in analysis and budgeting basics.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the People Transition and Integration plan for APAC projects.
• Coordinate and manage People resources to support HR transitions.
• Manage multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment and hiring/onboarding.
• Engage in workshops and calls to support transition planning.
• Monitor progress using Smartsheet and Power BI; identify risks and escalate.
• Recruit, transition and onboard employees from outsourcing clients.
• Coordinate offer letters and onboarding logistics with recruiters and partners.
• Collaborate with Benefits and Payroll teams to ensure smooth transitions.
