Job summary

SEEK invites an experienced Senior Manager, APAC BI to lead data analytics across the APAC region from Malaysia. You will identify, measure, and report metrics, and inspire data-driven decision making to progress business goals.

You will design and manage real-time Tableau dashboards, deliver monthly performance reports, and partner with executives and cross-functional teams to shape strategic initiatives. A strong background in analytics and stakeholder engagement is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience in analysis, strategy or research roles.
• Strong familiarity with statistical methods.
• Collaborative mindset focused on end-to-end results; experience in strategy or research projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify, measure, analyze and report APAC metrics to inform strategy and opportunities.
• Design, build, and manage real-time Tableau dashboards and monthly performance reports for executives.
• Deliver accurate, actionable insights to support management decisions.
• Communicate data-driven insights clearly to stakeholders across the business.
• Define KPIs with stakeholders and track progress against targets.
