Job summary

Cooper Vision Contact Lens Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a hands-on BI Analyst to develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and Excel-based reports. You will ensure data accuracy across systems (COGNOS, Salesforce, Data Lake) and support APAC markets, collaborating with regional teams to promote a data-driven culture.

The role focuses on governance, CDM operations, and replacing manual processes with automated analytics, while delivering timely insights and monthly management reports.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in BI, data analysis, or commercial support.
• Hands-on experience creating dashboards and reports.
• Experience with data from multiple sources (e.g., sales + customer data).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards based on business requirements.
• Manage CV Portal operations, Data Cube, and BI user access.
• Provide timely data and report support via COGNOS for APAC markets.
• Standardize reports and help implement Collibra catalog and data definitions.
• Replace manual Excel reporting with automated dashboards to save time.
