Job summary

SmartDev, an AI-powered software company, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive enterprise AI solutions across the APAC region. You will translate complex AI capabilities into business outcomes, identify target accounts, and close multi‑million-dollar deals with CTOs and CDOs.

You will collaborate with architects, marketing, and partners to build pipelines, craft ROI cases, and structure contracts from pilots to production in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B solution sales or business development.
• At least 2 years selling AI, ML, or data science services.
• Proven track record closing five- to six-figure AI solution deals.
• Ability to articulate AI concepts to CTOs and CMOs/CDOs.
• Hunter mentality with cold outreach and strategic relationship mapping.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target high-potential enterprise accounts across APAC.
• Build a 12-month AI solution sales pipeline with ROI-focused value props.
• Lead consultative discovery and map client pain points to AI blueprints.
• Structure complex contracts (POCs, pilots, managed services) and negotiate.
• Develop partnerships with SI partners, cloud providers, and tech vendors.
