Job summary

AudioCodes seeks an APAC Voice AI Subject Matter Expert to drive commercial growth across Southeast Asia, Japan, and Hong Kong. You will identify new enterprise customers and partners, from initial outreach through to deal progression, translating CX challenges into compelling Voice AI use cases.

You will own the technical validation journey, from solution design and discovery to demos, POCs, and pilots, while maintaining focus on converting opportunities into signed business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SME or sales/solution architect roles combining sales with deep tech.
• Technical expertise in Voice Conversational AI, Contact Center, and VoIP.
• Proven experience selling real-time communication solutions to contact centers.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders from technical to business ROI levels.
• Experience collaborating with technology partners in multi-vendor ecosystems.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% across APAC.
• Large Partner and Large Contact Center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead qualification, discovery, and solution design for Voice AI and CX opportunities in APAC.
• Own demos, POCs, pilots, with clear success criteria and drive to closure.
• Collaborate with regional Sales Leads to win enterprise logos and bookings.
• Identify and develop relevant Voice AI use cases based on customer needs.
• Capture metrics to build TCO/ROI and value-based business cases.
• Manage RFP/RFI responses and lead technical integration discussions.
• Build relationships with enterprise customers and partners; enablement via training and joint engagements.
• Maintain knowledge of Voice AI and CX automation markets as regional SME.
