Job summary

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) seeks a skilled analyst to lead regional people analytics and AI-enabled reporting across Asia Pacific. You will own monthly capacity and attrition analyses, coordinate inputs with AP teams, and translate results into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

You will design and execute the AP People Survey analytics framework, develop targeted data cuts and trend views, and collaborate with the Global People Team on survey administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, Human Resources, or related disciplines combined with 4 to 6 years working experience; Consulting/analytics experience is a strong plus.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools (such as Claude Code) alongside Python and Power Automate to build, maintain and improve automated reporting workflows.
• Strong analytical acumen and rigor about data accuracy, with a habit of cross-checking and triangulating figures before releasing outputs to stakeholders.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to manage multiple workstreams, meet deadlines and operate in a fast-moving environment with guidance from a senior manager.

Responsibilities

• Own core regional People reporting and analytics.
• Deliver end-to-end monthly capacity and attrition analyses and align with the global dashboard.
• Coordinate inputs across AP people teams and manage reporting timelines.
• Shape AP’s People Survey analytics design and execution, including AI-enhanced reporting improvements.
• Build and maintain AI-enabled reporting workflows and automate recurring dashboards.
• Support strategic regional People initiatives such as REACHES, AI Boost Talent Pillar and Talent 2030.
