Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is hiring in Kuala Lumpur for a Regional Finance role within AP. The position partners with Platinion and SBUs to deliver financial analysis, pricing evaluation, and planning support.

You will collaborate with global teams to ensure accurate reporting and informed business decisions. The role requires 5–10 years of finance planning & analysis experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Oracle/HFM/FIM, Tableau and Power BI.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
Significant experience in BCG Finance with knowledge of BCG accounting, planning, commercial processes and systems.
5–10 years in Finance planning & analysis, with consultative stakeholder management.
Strong Excel skills; familiarity with Tableau & Power BI preferred.
Experience with Oracle Financials, HFM, FIM and BIR tools; SAP helpful.

Responsibilities

Provide Platinion and AP region with financial analysis and decision support.
Develop and present weekly/monthly reports and ad-hoc analyses.
Evaluate project pricing and implications for Platinion financials and manage end-to-end projects.
Support financial planning, capacity, revenue projections, and cost estimates; prepare presentations.
Monitor performance against plan and flag issues and improvement opportunities.
