Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining a full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Record daily accounting transactions accurately in the accounting system.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and supporting documents.
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with reconciling account balances.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on collections.
• Assist with monthly and year-end closing and the preparation of financial reports.
• Maintain proper filing of accounting records and supporting documents.
• Prepare schedules and documents for audit and tax purposes.
• Assist with e-Invoice processes and other applicable reporting requirements.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, auditors, and tax agents when required.
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned.
