Job summary

TDCX is seeking a data analyst to provide business insight through metrics, reporting, and variance analysis. You will prepare daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports from inbound/customer service data, perform market analysis, and recommend staffing or process improvements.

You will develop dashboards and automate file workflows using Tableau, Power BI, PivotTables, and Excel. Strong communication in English and local market language is essential for cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of working experience in data analytics or reporting.
• Experience in importing data for reports and dashboards across KPI dashboards.
• Ability to develop daily, weekly, monthly reports and KPI presentations.

Responsibilities

• Provide business insight through metrics, reporting, and variance analysis.
• Prepare and analyse daily, weekly, monthly reports and KPI data.
• Conduct market analysis to support decision making.
• Run and analyse reports to adjust staffing for productivity and profitability.
