Abadi Aviation Services Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced management team member to report to the General Manager and oversee overall department performance in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• To be part of the management team reporting to the GM.
• To update the GM on the overall operation and performance of the department
• To ensure smooth daily operational matters to be in line with the Company corporate goals and objectives, besides ensuring successful implementation of the operational process, procedures and control system
• To spearhead the Company to greater heights, have the abilities to recognize business opportunities through strategy formulation and establish network of contacts in the airline industry and to expand and propel all products that the Company represent
• Carry out assigned Cargo sales, marketing and operation duties
• Focus and ensure that sales targets are met on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
• To prepare and submit a detail annual operating budget to the GM for approval
• To monitor collections and credit control on Airlines supporting agents and customers
• Liaise with relevant parties (ie. Principals, agents and customers) on matters related to all products that the Company represent
• Provide support and guidance where necessary to complete all assigned jobs or task under Abadi Aviation Services' care
• Provide all information required for submission to relevant parties (various authorities, principals, Management, etc.)
• Seconded to carry out duties to offices, (Malaysia) / (Abroad) within the organization
• To attend training from time to time deemed necessary by the Company
• To conduct relevant training for staff as and when required
• Must report any irregularities that occur in the work place to the Management
• Assist and report in any tasks that is given by Management to ensure it completed on time
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
