Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage daily airfreight operations for import and export shipments.
• Coordinate with airlines, carriers, and warehouse teams.
• Negotiate freight rates and service agreements with carriers.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve delays, damages, or service issues.
• Track KPIs such as transit time, cost efficiency, and service quality.
• Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and handle escalations.
