Job summary

Feel Home Malaysia Sdn Bhd is offering an Internship in Property Management & Operations in Kuala Lumpur. You will assist with daily Airbnb/Homestay operations, guest inquiries, reservations, check-ins/outs and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.

The role provides hands-on training, exposure to property management systems, and opportunities for process improvements and future full-time employment based on performance. Fresh graduates and current students are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing Diploma / Degree in Business, Hospitality, Logistics, Operations Management or related fields.
Fresh graduates and students seeking internships are welcome.
Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin.
Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets and WhatsApp).
Able to multitask and work independently or in a team.
Good problem-solving skills and a positive working attitude.
Willing to assist with daily operations and property inspections.
Internship duration of at least 3 months is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist in daily Airbnb / Homestay operations and property management.
Support customer service with guest enquiries, reservations, check-in and check-out.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams on daily tasks.
Assist in property inspections and quality assurance (QA) checks.
Monitor inventory, amenities and housekeeping supplies.
Update daily reports, checklists and records using Google Sheets.
Assist in handling guest requests and following up on operational issues.
Learn to use property management systems and online booking platforms.
Support process improvements and operational automation projects.
Perform other administrative and operational tasks assigned by management.
