Responsibilities

• Coordinate check-ins and check-outs and oversee cleaning, maintenance, and day-to-day property management.
• Sourcing and onboarding properties and independently managing your own portfolio.
• Build relationships with property owners, investors, and in-house guests.
• Develop and execute revenue optimisation strategies across OTAs to maximise occupancy and returns.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Operations, Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Property Sales teams.
• Participate in structured training and development programmes.

Holma is seeking ambitious, self-driven individuals to join Malaysia's first Airbnb Management Trainee Programme. This full-time role is only for FRESH GRADUATES and will be based in the heart of Kuala Lumpur City Centre, offering hands-on experience at the intersection of property investment, hospitality, and tourism.

What You'll Be Doing

Gain comprehensive exposure to Airbnb operations — from coordinating check-ins and check-outs to overseeing cleaning, maintenance, and day-to-day property management

Follow a clear progression path: from sourcing and onboarding properties to independently managing your own portfolio, with real intrapreneurship opportunities along the way

Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and in-house guests to deliver seamless, memorable experiences

Develop and execute revenue optimisation strategies across multiple OTAs, learning best practices to maximise occupancy rates and returns

Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Operations, Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Property Sales teams to uncover and capitalise on new business opportunities

Participate in structured training and development programmes designed to accelerate your growth in the industry
