Nai Hospitality in Kuala Lumpur is hiring motivated Operation Executive(s) to support our fast-growing homestay business. You will handle guest inquiries online and via phone, supervise cleaning and housekeeping, and coordinate maintenance tasks with in-house technicians.

Candidates with Hotel Management Diploma or Degree is a plus, but not required.

Know the difference between working in hospital and hospitality.

Scope of work (work stuff):

Attending to guests online and phone inquiries.

Cleaning and housekeeping supervising in homestay.
