Job summary

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Attend to requests, feedback and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate with operations, warehouse and drivers to arrange shipments.
• Provide customers with shipment status updates and delivery schedules.
• Follow up on pending shipments and required documents.
• Maintain customer service records and necessary documentation.
• Liaise with customers on pickup, delivery and shipment requirements.
• Escalate issues to supervisor when necessary.
• Build good relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
