Job summary

Expeditors is seeking a detail-oriented logistics professional to ensure smooth freight processes and timely data entry. You will track Air Import files, coordinate with customers and brokers, and support billing while maintaining strong vendor relationships.

The role requires a diploma or bachelor’s degree, 1–2 years’ experience, solid English communication, and good MS Office skills. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with a focus on accuracy and growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of related working experience in a similar position.
• Understanding of transportation documentation and terms is a plus.
• Good knowledge of computer and MS Office applications.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Pro-active, strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow.
• Enter data accurately into the operating system.
• Track and trace Air Import files (internal exp.o or airline sites).
• Ensure timely delivery of freight to customers for Import shipments.
• Prepare and send documents to customers or brokers for customs purposes.
• Assist with client and vendor billing and communications.
• Maintain relationships with airlines, trucking partners, and others.
• Ensure compliance with OPS and external regulations; follow SOPs.
