Job summary

Expeditors Malaysia, Sepang, is seeking a logistics professional to ensure smooth freight flows, accurate data entry, and timely tracking of air exports. You will coordinate with overseas teams and customers to meet service standards while maintaining compliant, efficient operations.

You will also uphold SOPs, manage supplier relationships, and contribute to KPI attainment, with opportunities for growth within a global logistics network.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow.
• Accurate and timely data entry into our operational system.
• Track and trace air export files and reporting.
• Communicate arrival notices to overseas teams and customers.
• Ensure accurate client and vendor billing and invoicing.
• Interact with customers to arrange international shipments and meet service standards.
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers (airlines, carriers, etc.).
• Adhere to regulations and compliance at all times; uphold SOPs and KPI targets.
• Escalate problems to management when needed; support additional assignments.
