Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Application/Production/Technical Support or IT operations.
• Experience in application support, production support or system support.
• Familiarity with Linux/RHEL environments, container platforms, and private/hybrid clouds.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level support for business-critical applications within an air-gapped/restricted network.
• Identify, triage and troubleshoot application issues including outages, performance problems and login issues.
• Monitor health using on-premises/local tools and perform basic operational tasks.
• Escalate incidents per procedures and assist with secure code releases in restricted environments.
• Follow runbooks, maintain change records and document findings for audit purposes.
• Collaborate with developers and infrastructure teams to resolve issues.
