Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with revenue validation, reconciliation, invoicing and reporting processes.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least 2 years in air logistics, billing, revenue care, or finance ops.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with logistics and customer reporting systems.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to investigate billing discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Perform revenue validation and reconciliation to ensure accurate revenue recognition.
• Manage GS activities and related operational processes.
• Handle text setup, configuration, and maintenance within the relevant systems.
• Ensure billing accuracy and compliance with customer and company requirements.
• Investigate and resolve revenue-related billing discrepancies.
• Prepare, validate, and submit billing reports through customer-specific platforms.
• Drive and monitor FSL reporting and performance.
• Prepare and submit monthly accrual reports to customers.
• Manage and drive CCM reporting.
• Monitor and reduce overdue BPA items, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
