Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent knowledge of SAP.
• 2+ years' freight billings/invoices experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with carrier pricing, tariffs and contracts.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of freight bill analysts and ensure all accounts are handled efficiently and accurately.
• Develop and maintain auditing procedures for all assigned accounts.
• Review freight bills for accuracy and completeness and resolve discrepancies.
• Review and approve all freight invoices.
• Ensure aging reports are reviewed and addressed regularly.
• Ensure all invoices are paid in a timely manner.
• Liaise with logistics service providers to ensure inbound shipments are delivered as scheduled.
• Provide pending invoice status reports weekly.
• Provide monthly spending analysis report.
• Verify Tariff imposed.
• Keep track of urgent shipments and follow up for delivery status.
• Verify billing invoices for accuracy in rates and account numbers.
• Provide accruals at quarter end to Finance AP.
• Ensure cross charges are applied correctly and approved.
