RUNJIAN (M) SDN. BHD. invites a Sales Manager to drive sales and client management of AI agent products in Malaysia.

You will develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and build long-term partnerships through teamwork and localized business development. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or above and 5+ years in AI/B2B sales, with strong negotiation and data-analysis skills. Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Computer Science, or related fields preferred.
• 5+ years of sales management experience, with at least 3 years in AI technology or B2B enterprise software sales, familiarity with the Malaysian market environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and data analysis skills; proficiency in AI technology applications or local languages is a plus.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to drive sales decisions, along with team leadership and cross-cultural collaboration capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Formulate and execute sales plans for the Malaysian market, analyze local market demands, identify potential customer segments, tailor sales solutions, manage product pricing, and conduct competitive analysis.
• Directly participate in key client negotiations, contract signing, and project implementation. Maintain customer relationships, provide customized AI solutions, and explore new channels.
• Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration (e.g., technical, delivery teams) to ensure product-market fit and successful project delivery.
