OrgScale Recruitment Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Head of Performance Marketing to lead paid acquisition and media operations. You will manage media buying teams, forge premier agency partnerships, and align advertising strategy with AI-driven marketing solutions.

You will set performance KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR), govern ad compliance, oversee large budgets, and translate data into scalable campaigns. Fluent English and Chinese communication with regional partners is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large paid campaigns across digital platforms.
• Experience with major digital advertising agencies, billing, and negotiations.
• Strong knowledge of advertising platform policies, account management and risk.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop media buying teams and drive KPI improvements.
• Interest in AI-powered marketing and data-driven tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead Paid Acquisition & Agency Partnerships: manage partnerships with leading digital agencies, including allocation, terms, and billing.
• Manage Media Buying Operations: lead media buying teams and set KPIs across ROAS, CPA, CTR, and efficiency.
• Oversee Advertising Compliance & Risk Management: establish governance, creative reviews, and risk monitoring.
• Manage Large-Scale Advertising Budgets: allocate and optimize budgets across accounts, channels and campaigns.
• Drive Data Analytics & Performance Attribution: develop dashboards and analyze funnel metrics to guide decisions.
• Develop AI-Powered Marketing Solutions: collaborate with tech teams to build AI-driven workflows and tools.
