The role demands 3–6 years in performance or growth marketing, mastery of Google Ads, and a hands-on, independent operator mindset to build a scalable growth system from the ground up.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in performance or growth marketing.
• You are a master at Google Ads and can manage meaningful budgets for B2B campaigns.
• You actively use AI tools to accelerate research, copy, and optimization.
• You are highly analytical, independent, and capable of building a growth system from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Command the Paid Acquisition Engine across Google Ads (primary), LinkedIn, Meta, and X with spend and bid control.
• Pioneer AI-Driven Creative Testing using AI tools for audience research, copy, and rapid testing.
• Engineer the Full Funnel from first ad click to a qualified lead with CRO and landing page optimization.
• Master the metrics by building clear attribution and reporting to guide budget allocations.
• Scout and scale new channels and partnerships in Web3 and AI landscapes.
