Job summary

I-Xeon Technologies in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an IT pre-sales professional to translate client requirements into technical solutions and craft compelling proposals. You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to develop solution proposals and demos that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities include presenting solutions, addressing technical queries, and supporting negotiations with clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years in IT pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical sales support.
• Experience in enterprise IT solutions in AIGC, AI education (e-learning, smart classroom), and BCI Solutions.
• Proven ability to engage with clients and influence decision-making.
• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand business needs and align them with technology solutions.
• Team-oriented and collaborative mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design and propose IT solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product to develop solution proposals.
• Stay updated on IT products, technologies, and industry trends.
• Conduct technical presentations, product demos, and POCs.
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals, solution documents, and RFP responses.
• Advise clients on best practices, system architecture, and implementation strategies.
• Address technical queries during the sales process.
• Work closely with sales to identify opportunities and develop account strategies.
• Provide technical guidance during negotiations and contract finalization.
• Ensure smooth handover to implementation/project teams post-sales.
• Maintain a repository of solution templates, case studies, and presentations.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and training for sales and technical teams.
