Job summary

Titan System Integration Sdn Bhd is seeking a Junior IT Pre-Sales Consultant to work with the Sales and Senior Pre-Sales teams, translating customer needs into practical IT solutions.

You will gain hands-on exposure to enterprise IT environments, engage with customers, vendors, distributors, and senior technical teams, while developing your technical and communication skills toward an independent Pre-Sales role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• 0-2 years of experience in IT.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Candidates currently working in IT Support, System Engineer, or related technical roles encouraged to apply.
• Solid academic or foundational understanding of IT infrastructure, particularly compute/servers, storage, and backup.
• Able to explain basic technical concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
• Good communication skills and confidence in interacting with customers.
• Strong willingness to learn, positive attitude, and ability to work as part of a team.
• Entry-level vendor certifications such as VMware VCTA, Microsoft AZ-900, or equivalent are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales team in understanding customer business and technical requirements.
• Assist in translating customer requirements into suitable IT infrastructure solutions.
• Support the preparation of technical proposals, solution diagrams, presentations, and costing/BOQ.
• Assist with solution sizing, product selection, and technical validation.
• Engage with vendors and distributors for information, sizing, availability, and pricing.
• Support preparation of quotations, RFQs, tenders, and project bids.
• Assist in preparing solution presentations and co-present to customers with Senior Pre-Sales team.
• Research and learn about new IT technologies, products, and solutions.
• Work with Sales and technical teams to ensure proposed solutions meet customer requirements.
