Job summary

PwC Malaysia is seeking individuals to join our Workforce team to shape the AI-enhanced workforce. You will help clients transform people strategies, analytics, and HR processes using AI, analytics, and digital tech.

The role focuses on applying technology-enabled approaches to drive HR transformation across local, regional, and global clients, mentoring juniors, and delivering end-to-end workstreams.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline; Human Resource Management is an added advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in workforce management or related consulting roles.
• Hands-on experience using AI-powered tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, Harvey).
• Experience applying AI to people analytics or HR process optimization preferred.
• Proficiency with analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python/R).
• Excellent verbal, written communication and portfolio management skills.
• Collaboration within a highly diverse and inclusive team.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment where quality and speed are essential.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team of problem solvers to help clients solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
• Drive technology-enabled, AI-enhanced workforce and HR transformation solutions, mentoring juniors and managing workstreams end-to-end.
• Advise clients on people’s strategy, compliance and governance in many areas of business-driven HR programs.
• Build and showcase skills in people analytics, HR operating model, HR service delivery, data analysis.
• Apply digital tools, analytics, and AI capabilities in client work.
• Operationalize AI tools, design prompts, and validate outputs in day-to-day work.
• Contribute to business development and advisory opportunities.
