Job summary

PwC Malaysia is seeking individuals to join our Workforce team to shape the AI-enhanced workforce. You will help clients transform people strategies, analytics, and HR processes using AI, analytics, and digital tech.

The role focuses on applying technology-enabled approaches to drive HR transformation across local, regional, and global clients, mentoring juniors, and delivering end-to-end workstreams.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline; Human Resource Management is an added advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in workforce management or related consulting roles.
• Hands-on experience using AI-powered tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, Harvey).
• Experience applying AI to people analytics or HR process optimization preferred.
• Proficiency with analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python/R).
• Excellent verbal, written communication and portfolio management skills.
• Collaboration within a highly diverse and inclusive team.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment where quality and speed are essential.

Responsibilities

• As an Experienced Associate within our Workforce Management practice, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping clients solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
• Play a key role in driving technology‑enabled, AI‑enhanced workforce and HR transformation solutions, while mentoring junior team members and managing workstreams end‑to‑end.
• Advise a range of local, regional and global clients on all aspects of people’s strategy, compliance and governance in many areas of business‑driven HR programs.
• Build and showcase your skills in people analytics, HR operating model, HR service delivery, employee experience, HR policy & processes review, data analysis, and research.

Key Accountabilities

• Proactively assist in the management of several clients, reporting to Managers and above.
• Support effective working relationships directly with clients.
• Contribute to developing technical acumen and delivering technology‑enabled workforce and HR transformation solutions.
• Apply digital tools, analytics, and AI capabilities in client work.
• Operationalize AI tools in day‑to‑day work, including designing structured prompts, applying AI for data analysis and problem solving, and validating outputs.
• Contribute to business development activities, identifying new/existing client opportunities.
• Develop proposals and support advisory engagement opportunities.
• Ensure deliverables adhere to firm policies and risk management requirements.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, contributing to thought leadership content.

Requirements
