Job summary

Ditrolic Energy Holdings Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a Digital Specialist to lead an AI-enabled productivity programme within the ICT function, reporting to the COO's office. This is a builder-leader role designing workflows, prompting AI tools and driving live deployments.

You will work with Heads of Departments across HR, Legal, Business Development, Finance, Asset Management, Construction and Operations to map processes, pilot solutions and measure impact.

Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science or a related field.
• Around 5 years of working experience in digital solutions, automation, software development, systems analysis or a similar hands-on role.
• Practical experience building with AI tools and the Microsoft 365 / Power Platform ecosystem (Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint).
• Strong process-mapping and problem-solving skills — you can turn a messy workflow into a clean, automated one.
• Clear communication and the confidence to work with senior stakeholders and Heads of Department.
• Ownership — you flag blockers early, manage your delivery, and follow through on what you commit to.
• Experience with Copilot Studio, chatbot / agent building, or RPA.
• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, or Power BI data modelling.
• Project management experience or certification (Agile / Scrum / PMP).
• A portfolio or GitHub that shows what you have built — not just what you have studied.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AI working-group delivery roadmap as Project Manager — planning, sequencing and reporting on progress to management.
• Partner with Heads of Department to map current processes, identify quick wins, pilot solutions and drive adoption.
• Design and build AI-powered tools and automated workflows using AI Tools, Power Automate, Power Apps and SharePoint.
• Support the rollout of AI Tools — onboarding, training and best-practice guidance for staff.
• Mentor and coordinate the AI team, reviewing their work and keeping delivery on track.
• Build dashboards and track a monthly AI-value scorecard to measure time saved and impact delivered.
• Champion light-touch governance — "AI prepares, humans decide" — and sound data handling across all solutions.
