Job summary

Rida GLOBAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant / Customer Success Lead to own customer relationships, service delivery and when needed, integrations and automation with the engineering team.

You will manage onboarding, support, and ongoing account relationships across customer configurations and core Business Central modules, while translating requests into clear implementation plans and ensuring successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Typically 4+ years of relevant Dynamics NAV or Business Central experience.
• Experience servicing multiple external customer accounts within a Microsoft partner, ERP consultancy or similar organisation.
• Hands-on functional knowledge across several core Business Central modules.
• Experience owning support cases from investigation through resolution.
• Commercial awareness of support contracts, renewals, billable changes and customer retention.
• Interest in using AI tools to improve how ERP services are delivered.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer onboarding, support, service reviews and ongoing account relationships.
• Understand customer configurations, business processes, customisations and integrations.
• Investigate issues involving sales, purchasing, inventory, finance and approval workflows.
• Translate customer requests into clear requirements, solutions and implementation plans.
• Coordinate technical fixes, testing, releases and customer acceptance.
• Manage support scope, SLAs, renewals, change requests and service profitability.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer operations through AIDA and Business Central integrations.
• Build documentation, support playbooks and reusable processes that improve service quality.
• Help introduce AI-assisted support and automation, validating accuracy and business outcomes.
• Support presales discovery, demonstrations, proposals and customer transitions.
