Job summary

R Systems is seeking a Senior Functional Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to drive ERP transformation across APAC with a focus on Singapore-based engagements. The role emphasizes end-to-end delivery, from requirements through go-live, with strong client engagement and governance oversight.

You will lead discovery, design, and data migration efforts, collaborate with technical teams, and mentor junior consultants while supporting pre-sales activities when required.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of IT and consulting experience.
• 7+ years hands-on with Dynamics 365 BC or NAV.
• Experience in requirement gathering, Fit-Gap Analysis, solution design, UAT, data migration, go-live support.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and solution design discussions.
• Analyze processes and recommend BC solutions.
• Configure and implement BC modules per business requirements.
• Lead functional workstreams through lifecycle: design, config, testing, UAT, data migration, cutover, go-live.
• Advise on process improvements, governance, and digital transformation.
• Develop functional specs, process flows, and user stories.
