Job summary

Reliable Business Technologies Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. The role focuses on further development of our CRM landscape, collaborating with business stakeholders, analysts, and IT architects to deliver scalable CRM solutions.

You will design, customize, and implement CRM solutions within Dynamics 365 Customer Service, with potential involvement in Marketing Automation, API development, and Azure-based integrations.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, particularly in Customer Service and/or Sales.
• Strong programming skills in C# and .NET.
• Solid experience in API development, system integration, and interface development.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure-based services.
• Strong understanding of CRM architecture, customization, and development.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central point of contact for the CRM development and enhancement.
• Advise business and functional teams on CRM best practices and implementations.
• Design, develop, and implement CRM solutions within Dynamics 365 Customer Service and later Marketing Automation.
• Perform customization and configuration of Dynamics 365 CRM to business requirements.
• Develop and maintain custom plug-ins using C#/.NET.
• Design and automate workflows and business processes in Dynamics 365.
• Develop and maintain interfaces and integrations using REST, SOAP, and Azure.
• Collaborate with analysts, stakeholders, developers, and IT architects to translate requirements into technical solutions.
