Job summary

AGRO SNOW SDN BHD is establishing a new manufacturing facility and seeking a seasoned Business Central Functional ERP Lead. You will drive end-to-end BC implementations, align production, inventory and finance workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure successful deployment.

The role emphasizes translating business requirements into BC configurations, delivering training, and leading or supporting UAT and go-live activities.

Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in information systems, accounting, finance, business or supply chain.
• 7+ years of ERP/BC functional consulting experience is required.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end BC implementation from requirements through go-live and post-go-live support.
• Conduct workshops, gap-fit analyses and translate requirements into BC configurations.
• Configure BC modules: Manufacturing, Production Planning, MRP/MPS, BOMs, Routings and Capacity Planning.
• Support integration between Production, Warehouse, Procurement, Sales and Finance.
• Develop functional design documents, SOPs, training materials and user documentation.
