Job summary

Ditrolic Energy is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of its AI-enabled productivity programme in Malaysia. You will manage a portfolio spanning HR, Legal, Business Development, Finance, Asset Management, Construction and Operations, turning opportunities into live solutions using AI tools, Power Platform and SharePoint.

You will mentor the AI team, coordinate with Heads of Departments, own the roadmap from idea to deployment and build dashboards to track monthly

Qualifications

• Degree in CS, AI, IT, software engineering, or data science.
• Around 5 years of experience in digital solutions, automation, software development, or systems analysis.
• Experience building with AI tools and Power Platform (Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint).
• Strong process-mapping and problem solving to automate complex workflows.
• Clear communication and ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Strong ownership to manage delivery independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AI working-group delivery roadmap as Project Manager — planning, sequencing and reporting on progress to management.
• Partner with Heads of Department to map current processes, identify quick wins, pilot solutions and drive adoption.
• Design and build AI-powered tools and automated workflows using AI tools, Power Automate, Power Apps and SharePoint.
• Support the rollout of AI tools — onboarding, training and best-practice guidance for staff.
• Mentor and coordinate the AI team, reviewing their work and keeping delivery on track.
• Build dashboards and track a monthly AI-value scorecard to measure time saved and impact delivered.

Job Scope

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science or a related field.
• Around 5 years of working experience in digital solutions, automation, software development, systems analysis or a similar hands-on role.
• Practical experience building with AI tools and the Microsoft 365 / Power Platform ecosystem, including Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps and SharePoint.
• Strong process-mapping and problem-solving skills — able to turn complex or inefficient workflows into clean, automated solutions.
• Clear communication skills and the confidence to work with senior stakeholders and Heads of Department.
• Strong sense of ownership — able to flag blockers early, manage delivery independently, and follow through on commitments.
