WECOFA MY is a growing digital agency in Malaysia, seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to craft high-budget campaigns that drive leads, conversions, and demonstrable ROI. You’ll create engaging content, manage end-to-end campaigns, and optimize with data, analytics, and AI tools.

The role requires bilingual English and Chinese communication, familiarity with major ads platforms, and a proactive, numbers-driven approach to marketing.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
• Experience in performance marketing and lead generation is preferred.
• Familiarity with Meta, Google, TikTok Ads and data-tracking tools is a bonus.
• Strong understanding of campaign metrics, bidding, and targeting tactics.

Responsibilities

• Craft engaging content across platforms including ad copies, landing pages, video scripts and storyboards.
• Plan, manage, and optimize full funnel online paid ad campaigns to drive leads and conversions.
• Drive measurable results across CPL, CPA, ROAS and landing page conversions.
• Use Meta Pixel, UTM/GTM, and analytics software to track conversions and optimize funnels.
• Manage end-to-end digital campaigns from ideation to reporting.
• Analyze performance data and generate insights to improve effectiveness.
• Collaborate with creatives and video editors to produce scroll-stopping content.
• Stay updated with digital trends and platform policies to keep campaigns compliant.
• Translate client goals into effective digital strategies; leverage AI tools to streamline tasks.
