Job summary

ECO TROPICS DEVELOPMENT SDN BHD is seeking an Executive, Marketing to support and execute integrated marketing initiatives. You will strengthen brand presence, engage target audiences and drive business results using digital platforms, AI-powered tools, automation and data insights.

You will plan campaigns, develop content across social media, EDMs, website and presentations, and coordinate with agencies to ensure timely delivery while maintaining brand consistency and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Educational background as stated: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, Digital Marketing or related discipline.
• Professional certification in digital marketing or analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Develop and coordinate marketing content including social media, EDMs, website, presentations and promotional materials.
• Utilise AI tools to support content ideation, copywriting, visual creation, market research and campaign optimisation.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive marketing activities and improve workflow efficiency.
• Manage social media platforms and monitor engagement, trends and audience sentiment.
• Support marketing events, activations, launches and promotional programmes.
• Track campaign performance using relevant metrics and prepare regular reports and insights.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, vendors and creative partners to ensure timely campaign delivery.
• Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
• Support budget tracking, vendor coordination and procurement-related activities.
• Continuously explore new digital, AI and automation tools to enhance marketing productivity and effectiveness.
