The role requires a minimum of 2 years in marketing or related fields, with strong social media, content creation, and analytics skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or related field.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategies.
• Basic content creation skills (video editing, Canva/CapCut or similar).
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret marketing data and optimise campaigns.
• Self-motivated, creative and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing & sales campaigns across digital platforms.
• Create engaging content (videos, posts, captions) to strengthen brand presence.
• Manage and grow social media accounts with consistent branding.
• Support recruitment campaigns via marketing strategies and lead generation.
• Analyse campaign performance and provide insights to improve effectiveness.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing with sales objectives.
• Assist in handling client needs, events, workshops and training sessions.
• Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities.
• Handle ad‑hoc marketing tasks assigned by management.
