Best Marketing Agency in Malaysia is hiring a strategic AI-enabled marketer to manage a portfolio of 20–25 client accounts. You will lead end-to-end Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO, using AI to scale output while maintaining strict QA for client-facing results.

You will run campaigns for local clients and Singaporean accounts, with a hybrid work setup (80% remote, 20% in person in Malaysia). The role emphasizes direct client interaction and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years in digital marketing, agency side preferred.
• You have personally held the login on live Meta and Google Ads accounts, and you can report monthly spend and CPL before/after edits.
• Hands-on with at least three: Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Klaviyo or similar email marketing, content marketing.
• You already use AI daily and can show outputs, not just theory.
• Hands-on time with at least one agentic AI tool (Claude Code, Cursor, Composer) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of 20 to 25 client accounts with direct client contact.
• Run Meta Ads, Google Ads and SEO end to end inside the accounts.
• Use AI to produce volume for ad copy, blogs, emails, social posts, and briefs.
• QA every AI output before presenting to clients.
• Translate monthly numbers into actionable business insights.
• Take client calls, present strategy, and handle performance fluctuations.
• Build and refine prompts and workflows for consistency across accounts.
• Identify upsell opportunities from campaign data and client needs.
