Job summary

DFI Retail Group is seeking a Business Solutions Process Manager to lead AI-enabled demand forecasting and planning initiatives across its retail supply chain. The role requires translating business strategy into scalable processes, governance, and value realisation while managing senior stakeholders, technology teams and external partners.

You will oversee end-to-end delivery from discovery to go-live, drive adoption, optimise forecast accuracy, product availability and planner productivity

Qualifications

• Experience supporting transformation or solution implementation projects in forecasting, replenishment, merchandise planning or related areas.
• Experience gathering requirements and coordinating implementation with stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of forecasting concepts and inventory management.
• Experience working with vendors or implementation partners.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own and support AI demand forecasting and planning implementation projects from discovery, design, testing, deployment and stabilisation.
• In charge of project planning, milestone tracking, governance and reporting activities.
• Coordinate activities across business, technology, data and vendor teams to support successful delivery.
• Identify project risks, issues and dependencies and support mitigation and resolution activities.
• Assist with scope management, change requests and project documentation.
• Support assessment of current forecasting processes and contribute to future-state design.
• Document requirements, processes, roles, controls and performance measures.
• Collaborate with data and technology teams for data readiness, integration and testing.
• Monitor solution performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build relationships with business, supply chain, technology, data and vendor teams.
• Support governance meetings and clear communication of updates to stakeholders.
• Assist in change management, training and user adoption activities.
